Dr. Susan Shaw attended the combined baccalaureate-MD program at Northwestern University before completing her residency training in neurology at UCLA. She then received her fellowship training in epilepsy at the Johns Hopkins Hospital before joining the epilepsy team at USC and Rancho Los Amigos. She now has the leadership role in the Rancho Los Amigos Epilepsy Center, the first and only NAEC Level 4 center in a public, safety net hospital. She is fully committed to providing the best care for epilepsy patients, especially those that have limited socioeconomic
resources.
